340th FTG enlisted Airmen on developmental education list

Air Force Reserve Personnel official announced today that two 340th Flying Training Group Airmen and one former 340th FTG member have been named to the annual Enlisted Developmental Education Board selection list.

 

Senior Master Sgt. Andrea Cote, 70th FTG, earned selection as an alternate for the Reserve Component National Security Course. In this two-week seminar participants receive training on joint command management, staff responsibilities and a foundation for serving in a multinational, intergovernmental, or joint national security setting.

 

Tech. Sgt. Natasha, 340 FTG Military Personnel Section, earned selection as an alternate for the NATO Intermediate Leadership Course. Course participants develop an awareness of the significance of cultural diversity, its impact in the international environment, communication skills to facilitate effective leadership and available tools, resources and programs to enhance NATO effectiveness.

 

Senior Master Sgt. Ricardo Chavez, formerly with the 433rd Training Squadron, is a primary selectee for the International Senior Non-commissioned Officer Development Course. Course participants gain insight into the leadership styles of air reserve airmen from multiple partner nations.
