JOINT-BASE SAN ANTONIO-Randolph, Texas - Master Sgt. Pamela Lilly, superintendent, Commander Support Staff, has been chosen as the March 2019, 340th Flying Training Group, “On the Spot” award winner.

Lilly was recognized for the tremendous progress she has made over the last couple of months updating the 340th FTG office file plans and records management system.

Col. Allen Duckworth, 340th FTG commander, created the award to facilitate On the Spot recognition, promote productivity and provide immediate and visible recognition for the contributions of exceptional civilian and enlisted headquarters' Airmen as they occur. The award lets Airmen know that someone has noticed their noteworthy contribution. On the Spot Award winners get to park in the commander's parking spot for one week.
