Retired Air Force Lt. Col. Todd Ernst shares memories of his friend Maj. Pete “Oly” Jahns with family and dignitaries at a ceremony on Feb. 13 at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas honoring him for his efforts to get legislation changed to ensure Reserve and Guard families receive the same survivor benefits as active duty service members.
