JOINT-BASE SAN ANTONIO-Randolph, Texas – The 433rd Training Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, welcomed four new military training instructors to the Raider family following the MTI school graduation this month. One of those graduates, Tech. Sgt. Sammuel Alanis, took home the commandant and excellence in instruction awards, as well.

In addition to Alanis, 433rd Raiders who earned the right to wear the MTI hat include Tech. Sgt. Jeremy Dawley, Staff Sgt. Neftali Gomez-Diaz and Tech. Sgt. Marc Chenail.

The new MTIs reported for task qualification training, after which they will be assigned to seasoned trainers to be signed off on skills and tasks.

It won’t be long before they’re ready to “go solo,” said 433rd TRS Commander Lt. Col. Christopher Victoria.

Members interested in applying for MTI duty should request an application from the 433rd TRS recruiting team at 433trs.recruiting@us.af.mil or 210-671-2410.
