JOINT-BASE SAN ANTONIO-Randolph, Texas – Reserve Citizen Airmen assigned to the 433rd Training Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, supported their host wing, the 37th Training Wing, in the wing’s Feb. 26-27 senior leader conference at the San Antonio Alamodome.

The 433rd TRS, a subordinate squadron of the 340th Flying Training Group, is the only all Reserve military training instructor squadron in the Air Force.

Squadron MTIs Senior Master Sgt. Jason Wagner and Master Sgt. Hugo Escobedo facilitated the Professional DynaMetric Program Proscan assessment and feedback discussions to help leadership teams understand their team strengths and stressors.

Squadron Commander Lt. Col. Christopher Victoria, who - as a base senior leader - participated in the conference, explained that understanding those strengths and stressors improves team members’ ability to work efficiently and effectively with one another.

The MTIs recently completed certification in the assessment and are now using their skills to assist Total Force teammates in the Joint Base area.
