Perhaps the hustle and bustle of Air Force life has your head spinning or the new way of life created by the current pandemic has you in need of someone to talk to.

The Military and Family Life Counseling Program is always there for you and your family members.

“F.E. Warren has three licensed MFLC counselors that that can help with non medical counseling via secure zoom or phone sessions,” said Chief Master Sgt. Tiffany Bettisworth, 90 Missile Wing command chief.

MFLCs are not only a helpful resource for active duty members, as they are also available to assist immediate family members.

“They can provide individual, couple and family counseling,” Bettisworth said. “MFLCs are available at no cost to service members and their family members.”

There are multiple helping agencies on base that offer resources to service members and their families. Sometimes the biggest hurdle is simply picking up the phone and asking for help or simply finding someone to talk to.

“Military members experience high demands and expectations on a daily basis,” said Bettisworth. “Nothing about our mission screams it’s an easy job, but that’s where our resources play a critical role in our mission success. One of those resources is our team of Military Family Life Consultants.”

Please consider the trained and certified counselors at the MFLC office as a resource to reach out to in times of need.
