Jimmie Morris, greets John Fedrico, deputy assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Reserve Affairs and Airman Readiness, during his visit here Feb. 13. Fedrico presented a letter of thanks to one of the unit’s own, retired Air Force Lt. Col. Todd Ernst. Ernst was honored for his efforts to help ensure families of Reserve and Guard service members receive the same survivor benefits as active duty service members.
