MTI duty: The Air Force Reserve’s best kept secret
Tech. Sgt. James MacKay (currently Master Sergeant) presents the Airman's Coin to a graduating Airman in his flight during graduation ceremonies. MacKay led 13 flights during his time as a MTI.
