Wagner: Being an MTI is everything and nothing you ever thought

Senior Master Sgt. Jason Wagner, Reserve military training instructor at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, renders his final eyes-right salute as an MTI. Wagner, who has been an MTI for 12 years, has accepted a flying group superintendent position with the 913th Airlift Group at Little Rock AFB, Ark., and this flight was his last.
