Total Force recruiting philosophy pays off personally for current and future Airmen
Master Sgt. Michael Hammers, an Air Force Reserve recruiter with the 352nd Recruiting Squadron, Fort Worth, Texas, used his Total Force ties to help sign Staff Sgt. Ashley Edwards to the Reserve. Edwards is the wife of Tech. Sgt. Cory Edwards, a recruiter with the 330th Recruiting Squadron. Through their working relationship, Hammers was able to enlist Edwards, who previously served 10 years of active duty as a weather technician, to the Reserve. She will continue her military career at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, working in education and training. Lt. Col. Sandra Bonney, who at the time was the Air Force ROTC commander at the University of North Texas, conducted the swear in. (Courtesy photo)
