97th FTS welcomes new commander, celebrates 25th anniversary

Col. Kyle Goldstein, 340th Flying Training Group commander, welcomes personnel and family members during the 97th Flying Training Squadron change of command ceremony on Oct. 20, 2023, at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas. Goldstein presided over the ceremony where Lt. Col. Frank W. Waters relinquished command of the 97th FTS to Lt. Col. Bradley Brumbaugh, making Brumbaugh the 55th commander of the 97th FTS.
