340th FTG completes final Unit Effectiveness Inspection Capstone

Col. Kyle Goldstein, 340th Flying Training Group commander, presents MSgt. Christian Delgado, 927th Operations Support Squadron, with a Hard Charger Award after the Air Force Reserve Command Inspector General’s team completed its final on-site visit to the 340th Flying Training Group, Jan. 16-19, 2024. The purpose of this inspection was to validate all units’ inspection and self-assessment programs, including those programs’ ability to assess risk and find blind spots that could impact mission effectiveness and readiness.
