340th FTG highlights top performers, readiness during fall MUTA

Master Sgt. Angelina Manby, 340th Flying Training Group occupational safety manager, goes over possible solutions to a risk management-based scenario that she facilitated to 340th FTG personnel during an Integrating Risk to Readiness briefing at the mandatory unit training assembly Oct. 17, 2024 at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. The briefing was part of a command-level task order that highlights the importance of integrating risk management concepts to enhance and maximize readiness so it can enable the group to meet the operational demands of the Great Power Competition.
