Puccia assumes command of 39th FTS Cobras

Johnston relinquished command of the 39th FTS "Cobras" to Lt. Col. Christopher Puccia. The Meritorious Service Medal, established in 1969, recognizes individuals for their meritorious noncombatant service to the United States.
