U.S. Army Engineers lend construction, medical help on remote island in the Pacific. Amy Forsythe reports from the island nation of Palau.

Soldiers, based at Schofield Barracks in Hawaii, are on 6-month deployment to the Republic of Palau. The Civic Action Team, known as CAT, is providing medical outreach, community support and apprenticeship training as part of one of the Defense Department’s longest-standing missions.
