The NATO Response Force is a multi-service, multinational command and control military unit that tasks the Immediate Response Force, if need arises. Gail McCabe met the commander of the IRF Brigade while in Norway, and brings us this report. The four armies involved in Exercise Noble Justification are Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium and the U.S.
