Spc. James Kimball, of Moore, Okla., was seven years old when his current National Guard unit responded to the May 3rd, 1999 tornado. Kimball, now a veteran of Afghanistan, was called to active duty to assist with the May 20 tornado that again struck his hometown of Moore. Produced by Master Sgt. Vincent Donaldson.
