The Mongolian army, once feared throughout the world, is now making its mark in the 21st century as a dedicated peacekeeping force. Though small in number, the Mongolians provide vital base security at Camp Marmal, the largest ISAF base in northern Afghanistan, as well as several other facilities across the country.
