Critical Maintenance Movement and Port Ops (113th SB)
North Carolina National Guard
Sept. 1, 2019 | 4:30
The 30th Armored Brigade Combat Team (ABCT) deployed to National Training Center (NTC) Fort Irwin, California for Operation Hickory Sting in late June, 2019.

Upon completion of the realistic combat training and 24/7 operations, all the 30th's track vehicles and hundreds of the wheeled vehicles required deliberate maintenance and repairs before final inspections and onward movement to ports of departure.

The 113th Sustainment Brigade and other enablers were vital in the maintenance of all the 30th's track vehicles and hundreds of the wheeled vehicles. The 113th was key in the unit's vehicle and equipment movement and port operations prior to the 30th's deployment overseas. (U.S. Army National Guard video by Sgt. Jamar Marcel Pugh)
