Maj. Rafael Toro-Quinones, United States Air Forces in Europe Concert Band commander and conductor speaks on The U.S. Air Forces in Europe Concert Band performances across various locations in Poland. The bilateral engagement propelled by the USAFE-AFAFRICA Band is the next step in the evolutionary development of musical cultural dialogue and exchange. A joint performance in Poland will highlight the strong partnership between the two nations via the interoperability and capabilities of Military Bands.
