Participants gather to officially kick off this year's competition. Fuerzas Comando 2015 is a USSOUTHCOM-sponsored exercise conducted in Central and South America and the Caribbean since 2004. It consists of a multinational special operations skills competition and a Distinguished Visitor Program. Through friendly competition, this exercise promotes military-to-military relationships, increases training knowledge, and improves regional security.
