The Navy released a NAVADMIN with updates to the enlisted sea shore flow. Shore tour opportunities have increased for sea-intensive ratings, which will improve fleet readiness, raise fleet manning levels, and improve advancement opportunities. This update effects only ten ratings and increases sea tour lengths for less than nine thousand Sailors. For more information, see NAVADMIN 361/12 and Tis the season for holiday parties, and Navy leaders want to remind you to plan for what happens after the party.
